The Primary framing systems consists of the Plane frames formed out of solid tapered / straight web built-up steel plate I-Sections spliced (bolted connections) at suitable locations enabling easy transportation and design economy. SECONDARY FRAMING  structural members are the Purlins , Girts , Eave Struts and diagonal / portal frames bracing. Purlins support the roofing while Girts supports the side wall cladding . Purlins and Girts also helps in resisting part of longitudinal forces generated due to wind or earthquake loads  and they provide lateral bracing to the compression flanges of the main frame members thereby  improving the  primary frame capacity.
